Yeah, Iāve resigned to that the latter is at least rest of some form. Iāll try chess, gosh thatās boring. Dinosaurs are too cool.
The funny part is for me it has to be something I want to watch ie chess or dinosaurs but yes that stuff is pretty dry so it also puts me right to sleep. Oh sports too!!! basketball or football games.
The other thing I think that has helped a ton is 2 a Days but mostly because I am just pretty inactive out of the gym.

Truthfully I was dreading that AMRAP. All weekend I had dead legs so the huge drop off wasnt a huge surprise. And pretty sure I wore my belt too tight so that lit up my back and I couldnt Squat.

NBA Finals I really dont see any value here. Lakers are a really big favorite at -350 (rightfully so) and because they are the Lakers it is even more expensive than it would be if this exact roster was say OKC. Betting on the Bulls at +275 seems like throwing money down the toilet. Even if AD goes down minute 1 game 1 I think this is over in 6.

Miami Heat if you do like them I would take them earlier in the series rather than later. Lebron only gets better as series goes on (he learns what their weaknesses are and how they try to stop him and adjusts) and also if there is one coach who knows how to slow down Lebron more than anybody it would be Spo. Both of those guys have a very high BBall IQā¦I doubt Spo has the talent needed though. An ok strategy might be bet money line in game 1 and if they MIA loses take them again game 2. If they win then stop. MIA should get 1 game and the 2 most likely games for them to win are one of those 2.

I chalked my back for the first time in a LONG time. Felt very nice.
Hamstring cramped on 2nd set of Ham Curls so nope. Lower back was more lit up from Hip Thrust with an empty barbell so skipped that too.
Little background on OM Twins. They are friends from PDC and are booty models on IG and run ass training classes and charge an insane amount.

Lakers -7.5ā¦dafuq? This is sooo fishy. Lakers Game 1 opened at -5 and were bet down to -4.5 immediately and there it stayed. Game 2 they opened at -8 and bet down immediately to -7.5. That doesnt seem major but it is. This is soooo confusing. Game 1 Lakers destroyed them for 42 minutes. Jimmy Butler rolled an Ankle. Dragic is out for the series. And Bam who is their biggest starter and has to check AD injured his shoulder. Add in tinsle town will have more homer money than any other team and how dafuq are the Lakers favored by less than 10. Psychologically you could say Lakers have been lackadaisical for stints an after a huge win that would be the time. I dont think that is the case here. They win 3 more games its over. They can go home. Before the time table didnt really matter and dropping a game was almost a way for them to stay in game shape in between series. That game 1 is the best and most complete game they have played all year. They wont let up. This series is over in 3. They have tied their shoes as Kevin Oak would say. Still cant quite pull the trigger yet. I have some betting podcasts etc i will listen to and see what happens with the line and public money.
I put 20 on Heat to win the series 4-2 at +1000 and Lakers to win in 7 at +350 those both look terrible. The heat might get one win but they look like they have about 0 shot to win the series unless Herro, Robinson, and Nunn all get red hot and their injured guys come back 100%

Sick Pump. Range of Motion is super important. I cheated the fk out of 12 of the 14 reps at 215 and those 2 I did a full ROM gave a great pump. I didnt feel the first 12. I did a full ROM with 165 and got a sick pump.

Not my normal equipment so I tried some new things and found some gems. Spider Curls and Partial Laterals are huge wins. Blaster thing was good but very hard on my delts which makes no sense.
