Instead of getting them all in by Thursday and having three off (trace carb only) days in a row, I’m taking one off day now. Just 20 min of light SS cardio (incline treadmill walking) and some mobility work today to loosen up.

Lol, I think that actually lifting weights while managing the schedule necessary to prep for LSATs while taking hard classes will just automatically get you way swoler. It’s not too hard to dial things in and get efficient when every wasted minute in the gym means less sleepy time. Also picking heavy shit up and putting it down tends to help with sanity maintenance.

<3 this back workout. The tweaks I made this week are quite sexy. But hitting all of these exercises twice was definitely too much for anything less than stupid eating. I feel ready for the two weekend off days lol. Reducing the workout frequency starting next week will be a pleasant change.
I got asked if I weigh 250 today (by another guy at the gym who actually lifts weights). Lol. He recognized the Meadows T-bar rows and had some respect for JM. He also mentioned that there’s a natty BBer at my gym who has won some shows. I’ll have to keep a lookout for that guy and check his training out
Another off/trace carb only day today. Even though I loosen up on quantities and eat whatever as far as fats/protein go on days like this, it still really fucking sucks. I just get a bullshit brain fog that only half subsides when I don’t eat carbs for a long time and it isn’t that fun.
I added in yohimbine-HCl yesterday. I’m hoping it will help with some of the pain-in-the-ass lagging pockets of fat storage (low abs, love handles, around the chesticles). Starting very low on the dosing and working up. What I’ve seen recommended is .2mg/kg BW, but I don’t want to get one of those goddamn crippling headaches that fucks you over every time you get a spike in blood pressure so I’m playing it safe lol. I had 5mg today, I’ll probably do the same tomorrow because I’d like to see how I handle that with actual weight training. I’d be pretty happy if I could roll with 10mg a day with zero sides for a couple weeks, but I’ll have to see. That would be in addition to some green tea extract, green tea, and a bunch of coffee.
On another note, I’m making the switch to the new split tomorrow. It’s going to be:
Mon: Power Day (heavy bench work, heavy squatting, and a bit of power snatch work, reps @ 1-3, avoiding pump work)
Tues: Chest/Shoulders
Wed: Back
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Arms
(with the abs/HFS squatting every day)

Prometheus was pretty good, 3D waste of money IMO though. I didn’t know the back story enough to really appreciate it I think.
Lemme know how that Yohimbine works out, I presume it’s not banned like ephedrine products in natty feds etc?
Clearly strong training as usual, even though it reads pretty complicated. Your a big guy obviously and your arms look pretty legit to me regardless of measurement. Mine probably tape at less then 15.5 right now and look their biggest ever, at the end of the day it’s how big they look that matters.

I had a very poor grasp of the back story for Prometheus too lol. The 3D was definitely cool, I just don’t think it was enough of a make-or-break to justify the extra money.
Will definitely update on the yohimbine. I don’t follow many natty PL feds as far as substance restrictions go, but I have checked in on the INBF/WNBF and it doesn’t seem to be a problem for them.
I agree 100% about measurements. There are so many factors involved in how good a muscle will look, so I’m all about shooting for overall appearance and just keeping the numbers distant in the back of my mind to help evaluate if progress is coming quickly enough.
I think my training just looks more interesting than it is due to notation or something haha. It feels pretty simple at the time, just the bastard child of some CT/Meadows-inspired planning and gametime adjustments based on feel. Nothing cray cray.

Don’t get me wrong- 3D was cool, I just feel like the movie was built around it to the extent where it would have suffered without dropping the extra bills and dealing with the GD glasses. I’m also just kind of biased against 3D movies I guess lol. I like my movies to have the too-HD, absurdly bright look to them and 3D movies tend to be a bit darker.
Fucking LOL @ yohimbine ‘nummies.’ I’m lucky since my y-HCl is capped into 2.5mg doses. Pretty damned easy to work with, and it’s not in retardedly ineffective doses or anything. I actually haven’t experimented with split doses though. I’ve heard that insulin response will more or less make it useless, so I try to just take my full dose in the AM a half hour before I even touch any protein. Do you see any serious benefits to splitting it up into 2-3 doses?
I’m about to wager a couple hundred thousand dollars that I’ll be able to pass the bar exam and practice law haha, so I tend to tread carefully on the gray area and less-gray area discussion. I’ll say this though: I’m cool with people doing whatever they want as long as they don’t present themselves falsely in competition to gain an unfair advantage. I feel that using AAS ever and competing natty is dishonest since those gains can be maintained (at least to some extent). I don’t view banned stims/fat burners the same way- their effects are much more short term and I don’t really see how they can give anyone an unfair advantage if they’re cut well in advance of contest prep.
As of now, my goal is to compete natty in BBing at least once, so I will definitely comply with restrictions and make sure to be six months free of any banned stims (including but not limited to the gray area ones) prior to the show. I’ll admit that I would not pass that polygraph test right now. I’ll also say that I’ve never bought research chemicals. My natty competition goal is definitely one of my short term goals though.
That’s about all I’m cool with saying on the internets for now anyway, I hope that rant at least kind of answers your question lol.
