Biggest Influence on Your Current Training?

Training Mentzer style has always worked out best for me. Before I learned of Mike, I was already doing hard 2-3 set workouts per compound exercise with maybe 3 tops moneymaker exercises. I would do auxiliary work with less intensive lifts for a total of maybe 5 different lifts per session. When I read about his crazy ways (haha… RIP) I was like-- this guy’s the man!

That said, I really enjoy articles by many authors on this site and try to progressively reevaluate what needs focus in my plans. Chuck Staley, Ben Bruno and others.
