What can one do to stop biting his nails and help them grow back faster?
I know for alot of nail-biters, we stop biting for them to grow back a bit and then go to town on them because they “grow too slow anyway”. Halp.

What do yall think about going unshaved and “fresh outta bed” hair every now and then?
Just noticed this thread and how so many folks have issues with the tech clothes smelling funky.
Win High Performance Sport Detergent will fix the funk. I promise. Years of running in tech gear and smelling awful was fixed with this stuff. You basically only use it to wash your tech stuff, and use normal detergent for everything else. A bit more of a hassle, but man, I never realized just how bad my tech shirts and shorts smelled till I washed them with this stuff.

Anyway, I actually never got around to shaving the rest and a stubble has formed [at least I can feel one], so I think I’ll be trying the Nair method Brother Chris recommended.

Wuss, the stubble is your shaving indicator. Do it a couple times and you will get a pretty much weekly reminder to shave. Do it on a weekend, not when your already 5 minutes late to work.

I always have semi fresh outta bed head at work. I usually have to wear a hair net half the time so my hair gets messed up anyways. Its never as bad as when I first wake up but its alittle messy, anyways management doesn’t seem to care and some of the girls like playing with it so fuck combs.

I tried the Nair in the butt crack. Worked well! I missed a spot and went to apply some more and that kind of stung a bit. But it’s nice and clean!
I also tried on some weird hair spots on my arms but it didn’t work there- odd…

This is why I appreciate my asian anti-body hair gene. Sure I might not be able to grow a beard to save my life but that beats having to deal with a hairy asscrack anyday.

Got some Metamucil at Wal-Mart today. I’m gonna start taking some before bed everyday, and see how it affects the consistency and texture of my shits. Hopefully for the better, I’ve heard good things.
