“the better I train and the more I eat the better my genetics get”

I gained 20 lbs in a year and a half after I began eating more than 2500 kcal/day.

Also, ms. Hallowed is no longer even relatively bigger than me.[/quote]
Congrats.

Now keep it up for the next 10+ years.

Congrats indeed,
Are your arms finally over 13"?

Arms are 14" cold.

But thighs are 24", up from 21", and my erectors are finally visible.
And 400 lb is an easy every-day max DL. I plan on not maxing until I compete, and apart from work sets, only doing singles on 90-95% of the training max in order to get better at lifting circa-max weights. (regarding DL training)

As for genes: I’ve got it good.
The 3" of growth on my thighs is solely from sumo DLs dropped from the top, and nothing more.
If I added that much with one exercise, with no negative, and an okay diet…I think 220 is really possible even w/o and pharmacological help.

Fun thing that at 150 I thought I’d look like I actually train at 165.

Also discovered why I couldn’t press: annoying pec minor.
Releasing it often and pressing twice a week w/o pain. Woohoo.

I’m calling ramen noodles and b-ball on you dude.

Next pics: 190.

Will that be next year then.

Seriously though, good for you. Keep setting and achieving those goals.

Good gains, and good job.

But, it looks like to me that your genetics haven’t changed at all from the pictures. In fact the more I look at your before pictures and your updated pictures I am convinced that your genetics have stayed the exact same. But, good job on the other stuff

Are you kidding? His genetics are TOTALLY different now. Look at his waist. Obviously different genetics. His hair too. And probably his right triceps. Like, you know that section of his genetic sequence that used to be AACTCCGCTGA? It looks like it’s probably CACTGGACTAG now.

You might be right? I just don’t see it. If you can tell his genetics have changed that much from his pictures, you got a way better eye for this stuff than I do. I would probably need a microscope to see his genetic change.

Are you living in Nigeria at the moment?

Let me rephrase:
I no longer have “bad genetics”.

Let me rephrase:

You’re still using that word wrong.
