Listening to joe kenn interviews over at elite, The tier program he runs sounds like something that would be ideal for me seeing as I am boxing 3 days a week.

The program as I see it works something like this:

Day 1
Power clean- Heavy, I was thinking of switching between 5x5 and a 1rm each week

Squat- 5x5 75%

Bench- 5x5 65%

Day 2

Squat- Heavy same as above

Bench- 5x5 75%

Powerclean- 5x5 65%

Day 3

Bench- Heavy same as above

Powerclean- 5x5 75%

Squat- 5x5 65%

If anyone reads this and sees something I overlooked please let me know. Day 1 would be tues, day 2 would be thurs and day 3 would be saturday or sunday.  I chose those days because on every other day I will be training boxing.
