After fucking around with training and dealing with persistent minor injuries for the last year or so, I am finally back to 100%(ish) and training hard. I train in Iowa with 2scoops and some other members here (2 of which are also Kyle, me being the largest and fattest of them, hence the Big Kyle). I have been competing raw the last 2-3 years, totaling 1570 raw at 242 in Feb, but am slowly easing my way back into equipped lifting. A while back I bought a Leviathan and SDP, so ready to hit it hard and shoot for a 2000+ total in November!

We got done training 4 hours ago but it took this long for me to be able to type without getting a goddamn pec or tri cramp. Also had so much shoulder/arm pump when I got home I couldn’t wash my hair in the shower, which was rather ridiculous. Tomorrow is a big DL day for a lot of us, hoping for some big PRs!
