theosnacks : raw egg whites? chicken/beef in a can? If it exists i’m there! any specific brand recommendations?
Patricia: i need you guys…can’t do this on my own! How would i/how do you prepare this bulk oatmeal? And yea, I’m using white rice- I was trying to follow TC’s chanko diet.
Josh: anything else about bulk oatmeal I should know?
No, cook the egg whites. Uncooked eggs whites aren’t absorbed by the body due to some sort of enzyme or something like that (its too early for me to be thinking). I like to scramble my eggs whites and add 2-4 oz of chicken breast to it. I tend to cook my breasts ahead of time. I’d be reluctant to eat any meat out of a can, but hey…“to each his own”. I also get in my whole oats and some broccoli and cauliflower as well. Breakfast is my second largest meal of the day (2nd P+C meal post workout is the largest). To review, here is what I tend to eat for breakfast and it fills me up for 2-3 hours:
6 egg whites
2-4 oz of chicken breast
1-1.5 cups of 100% rolled oats
1 scoop of Grow!
1 cup of broccoli/cauliflower

I agree 100% that you need to stick to REAL food and I guarantee you will be full…;o)
I dont have a problem with milk, it just makes me feel bloated. Maybe I’m lactose intolerant. I have also heard that the milk sugar(galactose) can trigger fat storage? I may be way off here thought.
OK after thinking about your responses, I’m going to change the 11am chanko to a good P+C breakfast. I’m gonna move this meal to around 10am instead, about 30 min after my postworkout surge. I’m also going to cut out milk completely, as its still messing me up.
So now, I have to come up with a good solid breakfast. I can’t cook bc my dorm doesn’t have a kitchen, so here’s the stuff thats available to me:
oatmeal
canned chicken
canned tuna (but I’d rather use soemthing else for this meal)
Udo’s flax oil
hard-boiled eggs (but i would have to keep them in the fridge for some time-does this change anything?)
and most kinds of fruits
Anyone have any good ideas to put this together?
Again, I will still be using tha bove posted diet, but without milk this time, and will change the 11am chanko to this real breakfast.
