Quick saturday a.m. workout
10 rounds, ascending/descending reps
10 burpees/1 pullup
9/2
8/3 ect… until you reach 1 burpee/10 pullups
Went unbroken, not sure of time cause i was doing this while caring for my son so mama bear could sleep more. Rest was kept as short as possible. If you do the math, it works out to 55 reps/movement, or 110 total. Not crazy volume like @ChongLordUno but a nice little session for 630 a.m.
@bigdaddi my man they all count
Pu that sweet deposit into the bank and watch compound interest do its work
You have quite a way with words man…much appreciated
So we took yesterday as a family day cause i was roped into a big project for next saturday. We had a great day, ate some tasty things and…the best part…we made a decision that im gonna keep to myself for now but its an awesome thing. Very happy. Aside from that quick session i didnt wind up doing anything else training wise. Im gonna walk dog right away, and im thinking about my training for today.

Press x 10
4 rounds

Honestly this was a nice little wod…gotta remember that one. It popped into my head shortly after i wrote out my previous post. Covers many main muscle groups, good amount of reps and can knock it out quick. That was a fun one.
Hey man, haven’t had a post in here in a while… Hope all is going well
Took this one out for a spin twice this week - thanks for the idea.
Broken pullup sets started at round #5 on Sunday, but not until round #8 on Wednesday. Nice 15-20 minute workout. Used 45 seconds rest between burpee/pullup rounds.
