Aha, it resembles much more of a normal distribution than I thought, I’m surprised there isn’t more of a positive skewness with the average around 6". The total area of that probability frequency graph equals 100% so if we take that graph as being representative of the total population, the probability of a 7"+ dick is likely around or even slightly less than the 10% I used in my previous calculation on page 6.

I had a re-look at the graph Dr. Pangloss posted and the actual probability of a 7" PLUS dick, according to the graph is closer to 5% (probably closer to 4% but let’s say there’s a little bias on the small side).
Therefore, we can re-calculate and use your assumption of the average 23 YO female who’s had 20 different sexual partners, rationalising the probability she’s had a big dick at least once in her sex life is 64% .
