Big Belly, Skinny Fat

I think you would be wise to take off fat to start. Fat loss will IMO create a big difference in you physique in a short time. I think you would be wise to cut and get down to 15% BF or something close to that where you at least have light ab definition, then slowly recomp from there. You will look goodish for the longest amount of time with this approach IMO.

I made the mistake of permabulking to 230 lbs. I looked bad for 4-5 years. I have cut down to 205 lbs now, and have light ab definition. I will go further down to about 195, and then slowly recomp upwards. Plan is to never get fat looking again if I can help it.

My weight is now 75 kg, if I want to have 15 - 17 BF, need 15 kg or more.

You really should consider being on a deficit and bringing down the body fat, while eating pretty clean and hitting those protein goals. If you do that and mantain your consistency at the gym, you willl gain slight muscle, but reduce your fat too. You could work your way from there. This way you will look better through the process and work on the belly too.

As I mentioned, I tried to lose weight. I had a minus of 500 calories. This is 2000 calories ~ I ate a lot of protein. But there is too much fat if i to look neat, I should drop to 60 kg. I plan to do short intervals + bulk 4 months, 2 months cut. I have zero muscles, my biceps diameter maybe 28 cm, I am weak, how can i lose weight without having muscle? My genes are very poor, it is unlikely that in my case I will be able to grow and lose weight at the same time.

I feel like youre overthinking this, if you want to lose that belly ,you will have to go on a deficit, and cut out on carbs. And also, that youve lost weight from other parts on your body, you should start losing weight from your belly soon enough. Get your goals(realistic ones) straight and work on that, instead of worrying about too many things like the diameter of your arm. As i said before, the most important things now are strength training(which will aid muscle development) and having a deficit, while hitting those protein goals. There are supplements, that could help. More than your genes, whats important is to be consistent with this, and youll see the results.

Why does this even matter?

If I had to guess, you do not want to face the fact that you have no muscle. But what’s the alternative? Either not progressing or putting on even more fat, and eventually cutting down, probably loosing some mass again

Stop caring about the scale. When I look at, let’s say, @bulldog9899 's pic, all I see is a big dude.I don’t even think if he weights 150 or 496 lbs, why care

Throw away the scale, and get one of those cheap fat measuring things ( no idea how they’re called) imo

Mirror.

Stronfak is 100% right. No one is going to care if you have abs or “definition” at 60kg. You’ll look like a meth addict.

It totally possible to get leaner and bigger at the same time. Start lifting heavy and eating a high protein diet. You’ll be amazed at how quickly good things happen.

I doubt you got skinny fat eating chicken and vegetables.

Cook your own food or delegate to a partner, opt for single ingredient foods, and eat when you’re hungry till you’re full.

This is an option??? Inform the troops!
