Having said that. EO 13769. Just read it. Am all for it. But I also believe the country needs stricter immigration policy in general. Thats the side of the fence I am on.

I mean, the south was always poor and subject to discrimination (still is, I think) but I thought the north was doing ok.
Italians were not considered legally white when they first came here. Most immigrants, even if their country would not be considered a shithole, came from shithole circumstances within that country. The USA is not a shithole country but if you only saw Alabama or Mississippi you might think differently. Especially if you saw student test scores.
Maybe he did get the chance to drive one. He did drive a school bus and he did ride in an 18 wheeler for several hundred miles. It’s not crazy to think he got the chance to get behind the wheel. Or maybe he just confused, he is old after all, riding in one and driving one.
