Biden 2021 - A Mediocre Middle Ground

I think we should ship illegals to all the cities that have a high percentage of voters who vote democrat. Erect tent cities there, allow them to roam around and prey on those people. Let their cars and other property get stolen and let them get assaulted. Let their children get preyed upon. These idealistic, moronic democrats want to welcome illegals with open arms? Let 'em. BUT don’t cry about all the crimes or the deteriorating infrastructure or ask for more police. Let’s see what kinda shape San Francisco [although it’s already pretty fucked], Denver, Seattle, Boulder, Detroit, Atlanta, D.C., NY, etc are in after a few years of that social experiment. Any wagers on whether or not it will look like “Escape from NY” with Snake Pliskin?

Ship illegals to red cities to be used as bio-weapons.
Wipe out the republicans.

You refuted none of what I said because you know it’s all true. I would ask about your college experience but you don’t have one. Not even DEI could help you get in, and it’s helped literal retards get into college.

Bio weapons? They might get used for target practice.

You’re welcome to believe what you’d like. I hold a 4yr degree with additional licensure.

Only 36% of public school college students are in campus housing. Which means most pay rent (taxes are directly priced into rent), most pay utilities, most shop at grocery stores, most cook, most still booze, most still party at bars on pcassion, most still order takeout/delivery on occasion, and many hold on and off campus jobs (which they all pay taxes on).

You’re wrong. You’re desperately cynical. And it’s sad you seem intent on passing along that falsely held bitterness to those around you.

Engineer? Accountant? Something else?

In what? Gender studies?

Because the rest commute from their parents’ homes.

Which means their parents pay, in the town they live in and, you dummy, those students are residents of that town making it a moot point with regard to voting locally where the college is located.

Again, you refuted nothing. You only helped prove my point. You think Google is your friend, but Google won’t make you smarter. If you were educated you would know what to ask and how to interpret the results. Go Google what I’m talking about. How many public college students live at home? How many private college students live on campus? Then come back and apologize to one of your many betters.

He thinks a HS diploma is a four year degree, even though it took him six years to get one.

Don’t let your blind cynicism, blind you. It’s pretty obvious, to anyone who went to college, how important the school is to the local community and it’s economy.

If they are that important to the local economy and community, they should have a say in what happens to the place they live 9-12 months per year.

Etc, etc, etc.

The private college in my town is so important to the local community that they barely pay any taxes at all. They’re so important that a student recently ran for and won a seat on our school committee.

We are truly blessed to have young people with the vision and ethics to fully mobilize and step in when the locals don’t vote the right way.

All bullshit. What college towns is the fake news talking about? Boston? NYC? We’re talking about real towns, not cities. I won’t even try and read the garbage you’ve provided as some kind of proof.

This sums up many of your opinions. Also, “get off my lawn!”.

You still haven’t refuted them. Maybe you should have mommy make you a snack.

Your trolling is as good as ever today, but sadly it’s not even disguised. You are getting lazy.

Yeah, ship them to red cities and watch how fast the jails fill up. Nobody will hire them, they will resort to crime, our well funded police will lock their sorry asses in jail and start proceedings to ship their asses back to where they came from. It’s also funny how democrats say the same tired trope “oh, they just want to work and support their families”. But they know that if they come here illegally, then no U.S. company can legally hire them. So they come here knowing that in order to find work, they have to yet again break more laws to get illegally hired. And those companies who DO hire them illegally, I don’t care if they’re republican or democrat leaning, their asses should also be prosecuted. So, how do democrats think they are going to come here and work and immediately contribute if they cannot legally do so? Oh, that’s right, allow them to jump the line in front of legal immigrants and grant mass amnesty. Then, next thing you know, we’ve got tens of millions more on government benefits, eligible for social security, EBT cards, WIC cards, housing vouchers, medicaid, emergency room visits that are never paid for. Giving birth to litters of kids for free (who are unfortunately immediately US citizens and are eligible for every benefit under the sun), who all will need additional ESL classes because their parents are too stupid to make them integrate and learn English, thus further draining public school resources. Press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish. I wonder if I went to Uruguay if they would bend over backward to put everything in English for me?

Even if they are granted amnesty and allowed to work legally, do you think the amount of taxes that they will pay from their very low wage, physical labor jobs will cover all the government benefits they subtract from the system? No, it will be a huge net loss.

I guess that circles back to @mnben87 …I think the all-in cost for allowing tens of millions of illegals into the country is much, much higher than statistics truly state. Especially when you consider how those costs accumulate over the years. But hey, our country is rich right? We don’t have a huge deficit or anything, it’s not a big deal, what’s a couple hundred billion, hell even a trillion more? Man, that is where the next economic collapse will come from. When China calls on their debt repayment, we’re screwed. Now I’m trying to think of a country I can move to before the shit hits the fan here, that hasn’t fucked themselves up also by letting in parasitic illegal aliens/drains on their economies too? Fuck, I guess Europe’s out. Canada too cold…it’s getting grim out there folks.

What some don’t understand is that there is a difference between a college town and a town that has a college in it. I’m going to guess you live in the latter. An actual college town wouldn’t take in a horde of illegals and addicts because it would ruin its charm. And if it did, it would have them removed once the inevitable rape and street shitting increased.

That depends on the nation.

That’s not exactly true, either. Most of southern Maine is experiencing the costs of immigration (and our insane drug policies), even the small coastal college towns like Brunswick. Lewiston is larger at 40k population but we’re the service concentration area now, where non-profits have continuously bought up property that falls off the tax rolls to be replaced by nothing but vapid rhetoric about how these policies are a source of prosperity.

They’re certainly a source of votes, and at the end of the day that’s how you get your way in Maine politics. If people wonder why I keep bringing my local politics into this particular thread it is because I am here to tell you about what you can expect when these policies get implemented in your town.

Also, for the sake of clarity, it is important to note that towns generally don’t have immigration policies per se. The federal government does, but it absolutely requires state and local cooperation in both government and private sectors, especially non-profiteers, to have the kind of Democrat success at policy enactment we’ve experienced in Lewiston, Maine. This town is the Kamala Harris blueprint for the rest of the USA.

Well, what will happen when crime inevitably goes up, the college will, as others have done before, tell students to not leave campus, especially at night. There’s a college in my state that’s in one of the worst neighborhoods in a city that has few good neighborhoods. There’s a wall surrounding the campus and gated entrances. You wouldn’t know there’s a college there. Look at Fordham in the Bronx. Yale is in New Haven and students have been murdered off campus. I wonder how much they pump into the local economy when they don’t venture off campus much.

The wild part of this is that it isn’t ancient history to remember when virtually all of Maine actually was a really special place that was awesome to live in. It had its pros and cons like anywhere else, but it was an affordable and very safe place to raise a family and do all kinds of awesome outdoor stuff, as it was for decades and decades before I moved here. I have lived and worked in many parts of the country including major metro areas and Maine was such an awesome fit for me when I first started spending a lot of time here in 2005 ish.

Two decades of progressive political leadership is all it took to transform Maine into a society where you can shoot up in the park without being hassled. We’ve progressed to solving drug addiction and world poverty, having found ourselves no longer able to consistently impart the ability to read, write and discern true from false to the students in our public schools.

It only took two decades of tax-funded social experimentation to go from above average to worst-in-the nation public schools in my town and virtually no deadly violence to multiple shootings every week. Despair and addiction are a fixture of daily life for much of the city and state, and every person experiencing it can be a source of billable income for the right people.

Just this week our city council suggested that Maine’s constitution was to blame for the increased levels of violence in Maine, with one councilor suggesting we should return to a “shall issue” concealed carry permitting system that hasn’t existed in a decade to deal with the unprecedented violence that’s sprung up with the massive influx of new arrivals and other progressive policy enactments in recent years.

At no point is pushing back on Augusta and Washington on immigration even discussed in our City Council meetings. There’s no mystery about who is popping off rounds locally, but our leadership is still finding ways to blame the little remaining conservative policy that’s unambiguously enshrined in the state constitution.

That’s the Democrat party in 2024, from top to bottom.

Wow, that’s pretty damn depressing. Truly a dystopian blueprint.

My buddy’s kid went to Bates, graduated about 10 yrs ago I think. I have to tell him how lucky the kid was, and to never go back to visit lol.

Tucker Carlson lives in Maine, do you know whereabouts?
