Well, President Biden has dropped out 19 hours after posting this. He endorsed Kamala but the Democrats still have to declare a nominee.

I believe he’ll for sure pardon his son if he’s no longer running.
I don’t think Harris will be the nominee. Biden can back her but the last thing the Dems need is to replace him with a DEI hire. I think Biden would have had a better chance against Trump than Harris will.

He doesn’t have to. Since Judge Cannon ruled that special counsel violated the U.S. Constitution because Congress had not given him the authority to pursue the case when she threw out Trumps case, that means Hunter Biden can apply the same logic to the special counsel in each of his cases
