How does “eager” become the n word? Even with his stutter it’s clearly not the n word. And there is video of him using the actual n word. Conservatives are just phoning it in at this point.

When you can’t function well enough to read the teleprompter and accidentally put an “n” in front of “eager”, and change the “e” sound to an “i”. Just like Joe Biden did in that clip.
It’s obviously a failing mind failing to read the teleprompter in about the worst way you can imagine. More of the same that’s been on-display since the primaries.

You only hear that, because you were told to hear that. If you heard it without being told he said the n word, you wouldn’t have noticed it. He has a stutter. Using the n word at that moment would have made no sense given the context. If this is the best, or the worst, the Right can come up with regarding Biden, dare we coin the term BDS?

Look, I’m not saying this makes Joe Biden a racist any more than delivering the eulogy at the last member of Congress to organize a Klan chapter does or telling people they aren’t black if they don’t vote for him.
It’s just the stutter that nobody ever mentioned until letting Joe Biden speak in public became problematic.

Let’s hope so. I don’t want all of the Democrat voters to feel like failures after voting for an old, white guy purely in hope that he would die and another first(half-black woman, wife of a white man, ex-escort…so many) would take his place.

Well I learned a new thing today. Biden’s childhood stuttering problem, once mentioned over a decade ago, is re-manifesting in old age and taking the form of saying the entirely wrong words instead of st-st-stuttering.
It’s not that big of a deal, really, if it were not for the fact that there are no circumstances where any conservative with any disorder you can imagine would get the same media treatment for exactly the same flub or series of flubs produced by Biden.
I’ll circle back to this more at a later time.

Once? It’s not like the Dems brought in a stuttering kid to speak both at the DNC and Biden’s inauguration, nor did his campaign use every opportunity to hammer home the “overcoming adversity” aspect of his impediment. Oh wait…
Meaning once prior to the most recent election cycle. Maybe it was mentioned more often. I wouldn’t know. I don’t stay abreast of Biden’s struggle with speech impediments the same way you and zecarlo seem to.
On second thought, I don’t see why the president dropping an N-bomb was worth mentioning at all. It’s not like he said something like “fine people on both sides” that can be taken completely out-of-context for years, then repeated ad-nauseum to help weave a fact-free narrative of rampant, institutional white supremacy across the entire social, cultural and political landscape of the USA.
Not unlike the narrative you fell for when we were told that conservatives hate dancing college kids because some anonymous twitter account commented on an AOC video.

I am not even convinced he said the N-word, but let’s just assume he said it. Is anyone really offended by a guy with a documented speech impediment accidentally saying it while intending on saying another word?
Well we’re certainly in a good spot if the worst Biden is doing is accidentally saying the N word in a speech which is up for debate.
That’s miles ahead of where we were at with Trump in terms of speech. His list of moronic statements is miles ahead of Biden. Give me an adult with dementia over Trump any day of the week. Far less likely to damage us.
Nobody was offended. Nobody believes he actually intended for that word to come out. The issue of Biden’s mental acuity is relevant, of course, but so is the issue of how our news media covers things like this.
Contrast that with Trump’s Charlottesville speech. He couldn’t have been clearer about condemning the KKK and Neo-Nazi’s in the next breath after “fine people on both sides”. He was as specific as you could be about it in plain English. That didn’t stop politicians and talking heads from pretending those words were never spoken. Or another one of Trump’s greatest hits, injecting bleach. Nevermind that shortly after in the transcript it was made perfectly clear that it wasn’t meant literally, here’s everyone’s chance to play “gotcha”.
