Not exactly. Palestinians are Arabs who colonized/invaded Palestine after the creation of Islam. The whole demonym Palestinian is a scam. They were originally called Palestinian Arabs and the Jews in Palestine were called Palestinian Jews. Palestine was not named after the so called Palestinians as they didn’t even exist when Palestine first came into use as the name for the region. Palestinians are Arabs.
