I really do, here next to my crystal formation.
I feel like this is the same connection that I’d feel if I was out in the woods, living an organic lifestyle.
This is why we need to elect more Democrats.

Whoa, dude.
You mean a retreat in Sedona, right?
I mean, where are you gonna charge your car? Or phone?
You don’t have a large solar portable charger or a small thermonuclear charging device?
Peasant.
And none of the fleet of trucks supporting the hurricane recovery are electric
and the employees of the utility company on storm duty supporting this recovery are not utilizing their tesla’s…they are all driving gas powered vehicles
The housing market is in for a really bad time like everything else.
I don’t think most people realize how bad this is about to get.
Bad for buyers or sellers?
In florida with property taxes going up and insurance policies cancelled or sky rocketing
new owners of the past year are gonna be in for a sticker shock
this time next year i can see alot of foreclosures
Bad for buyers financing.
Bad for sellers.
Good for buyers with cash.
I also find it hilarious he wants to ban exporting oil to try and ease the cost at the pumps before midterms.
Oil futures are bought 2-3 months out.
You would think this fucking idiot would know that.
¡Ay bendito!
I read on the internet that Biden has enlisted some of his most trusted vatos to solve the energy crisis. I feel like things will be bueno from here on out.
I’ve been thinking for about a year that it started to look a lot like 2007/08.
All of my real estate friends were like “The market is on fire!” closing five or six a week, and people were selling on the rise but also buying on the same rise.
Now there are signs of instability and structural cracking.
Next- Massive crash, bankruptcies, devaluation of real assets.
And everybody pointing fingers at the other guy.
2007/2008…nope…with all the high crime in the cities, inflation, high interest rates, threat of war…this is reminding me of the 70s
I am waiting for bell bottoms, disco and elvis to make a comeback
Was just joking today about the new generation getting a late introduction to the possibility of a cold war going hot and MAD.
I was born in '72, so it was ever present, but kids born after 88-89 have never actually seen stuff like defectors, The Berlin Wall, etc. except in history books.
Fuck! I’m Old!
Or movies like the Day After. It takes a second to say goodbye so party at ground zero.
Are you old enough to remember when the US was buying oil for the strategic oil reserves at $8 a barrel? Biden (I mean, his puppeteers) should say that he’s just makin’ $$$ for the good ol’ USA because when he gets re-elected, he’s 'a gonna crank up US oil production again and reload at a lower price! -that’s 4D level strategy 'youse!!!
This administration is so frickin’ appallingly stupid, they don’t understand that cozying up to Iranians is NOT greater than a fist bump.
The people running this administration must’ve gotten through college by getting their tough professors fired. (google Maitland Jones for those interested…)
Awaiting the conservative spin on the Biden marijuana pardon today. Thoughts?
It’s a good step in the right direction.
I do wonder how effective it will be though, depending on what they mean by “simple posession” because if you’ve attracted the attention of the feds, there probably isnt anything simple about your posession.
Like, say someone was hauling a few hundred lbs. from Texas to where ever- Thats federal, but it also results in charges in every state you drove through. Then if you had a couple of guns, thats a whole other set of charges, then guns+drugs is an aggravated circumstance, conspiracy charges, etc.
It turns into an avalanche of charges very quickly and the person isn’t going anywhere for a long time- even minus any simple posession charges.
something like that wouldn’t be covered, I assume, by this pardon, as that would be an amount that would fall under intent to distribute. I get what you’re saying regarding ‘it doesn’t solve everything’, but it seems to me that it’s the first step that needs to be taken, and I don’t see how a second step could be taken without this one.
Well, yea. If everyone with a marijuana charge plus lots of other things was released, it’d be a nightmare. Those people, arguably of course, shouldn’t be released. I don’t see an issue there. I would imagine that this would at least open up cases that began as a simple marijuana charge, and everything else HINGED on that. But like, if someone had marijuana and THEN illegal firearms were found, then I don’t see the latter not staying with them. If the secondary charges were only based on being in conjunction with possession, and wouldn’t have been charges otherwise, those things would be worth taking a look at. And on a case by case basis.
