Mayor Pete seems quite good at playing the game of government. He’s also very good at conjuring words that people will respond well to, as most politicians are. I’m not sure that he’s good at a whole lot else, aside from his military competency.
I’d be stoked for him to be the Democratic nominee as well.
I assume you’d be rooting for Romney since Mayor Pete has no experience that comes close to qualifying him for the position.
If everyone had to have experience before moving up, no one would ever move up. His lack of experience is something to consider for sure, but is NOT a disqualifier for me any more than lack of military experience is a disqualifier for being the commander in chief of our military.

Well having a bad guy is something most politicians like, and sometimes the bad guy really is bad.
That’s no reason to stop being skeptical, but the list of things that justifies a full-fledged invasion operation is quite short, in my opinion, and I am unaware of any action by Ukraine that would put them on that list for me.
And for the record I don’t actually believe that Alex Jones could somehow use his staff to make Joe Biden into a real Theoden King, but then again, nobody can. We’re stuck with President Wormtongue.
Putin is bad, no doubt. I’m not, however, close to convinced that he’s as bad as a typical American Democrat. And yeah, I’m definitely skeptical about everything I hear from our media. I don’t put anything past our media and government.

Well, the Democrats had fairly strong control of the government recently, and didn’t do anything like what Russia is doing to Ukraine right now.
You can argue in circles about long-term butterfly effects of domestic policy and what-not, but even the most woke of the woke don’t pose the same kind of threat that Putin would, if he could somehow have control of the USA’s military capabilities.
