I dont think he will be a president by 2024. I believe he will be impeached after the red wave. And Harris will have even worse presidency, so democrats will not stand a chance in 2024. I assume they made speeches about last year’s Capitol selfie session. The point that should be taken is, that type of thing only works when its purpose is to empower the government. If your purpose isn’t to empower the government, you need to do a lot more than make a scene to have an impact. And you’re going to be demonized regardless of your lack of impact, so either go all out or don’t do anything.
Who cares what a demented man and a whore say about anything?
This country is not united and, hopefully, will become less and less so.

How should their speech about Jan 6th have gone in order to unite? What main points should have been hit?
It was hypocritical. It’s not like both he and Harris didn’t call Trump an illegitimate president who stole the election. That isn’t exactly defending our democracy.
Rather than 45 minutes of attacking Trump, he could have acknowledged how his/the democrats’ rhetoric for 4 years hurt the country, focused on how the country overcame the riot, democracy survived, and now we have a chance to be a stronger, more united country.
