Bicep Issues: No Growth

1-2 exercises for biceps, 3-4 for triceps.

Use all rep ranges for both (4-12). This ensures you gain strength and size.

The reason being-you’ll have huge ass arms if you’re repping out 80s for curling.

Be sure to do enough overhead tricep exercises.

Target that long head and you’ll get your triceps as big as possible.

Eat.
