Has anyone seen Pavel’s Beyond Stretching seminar? I saw it on the dragondoor site, and it seemed like a useful product to have, but the only reviews I was able to find were from the dragondoor site.
So has anyone on here seen the seminar? What did you think of it?
By the way, this is not Pavel’s first “beyond stretching” video. This is a 5-DVD series that’s a tape of a seminar that he did. Just to avoid confusion.

I’m interested too. Have asked EC on his thread, if he’s seen it. He’s a good man to review products.
A lot of dragondoor stuff can be good. Then again, I got beyond bodybuilding, and wasn’t too impressed.
