Better late than never Progress

On march 18th, I will have completed 2 years of lifting at the age of 25.

Age:25

Height: 5’8

Weight: 156.8lbs

I was bulked up at 170lbs and benched 225lbs, currently mid cut, going to go down to either 145lbs or 150lbs, haven’t really committed to a specific weight. I started lifting at 170lbs and cut down to 145lbs, before bulking back up. Started with a bro split, then switched to a PPL split, thinking about switching to a UL/PPL but I have been enjoying my current diet and training regiment.

I agree it’s very helpful, I’ve been tracking since day 1, I filled out two notebooks before I started logging them in my notes, here are just my lat pulldowns for example
