I was bulked up at 170lbs and benched 225lbs, currently mid cut, going to go down to either 145lbs or 150lbs, haven’t really committed to a specific weight. I started lifting at 170lbs and cut down to 145lbs, before bulking back up. Started with a bro split, then switched to a PPL split, thinking about switching to a UL/PPL but I have been enjoying my current diet and training regiment.
