Better Accessory: Pause Bench or Close Grip?

If you read the thread you’ll see that was one of the first things mentioned :wink: but thanks for your input.

In meet prep, Pause Bench is the main movement with long pause as the accessory one day, and close grip as the other accessory.

In off season, close grip is the main movement. This time around is feet up bench

I’ll muddy the water and mention the JM press :sunglasses:
