I asked this question in the Author’s Locker Room but since the coaches are pretty booked with their day to day, I wanted to see what some of you vets (and newbies) thought of the following:
As a beginner with poor work capacity, is it beneficial at all take BETA-7 now, or is that something I should hold off on? Will it only artificially boost my work capacity or help me progress faster?
If everything else is taken care of (diet, PWO nutrition, staples…) it certainly couldn’t hurt. Scratch that; it could help you perform better in the gym.
if you are starting as a a complete beginner at lifting/gym work then you wont have a comparable level to look at… having said that, BETA-7 is an awesome product, and it works like a bat out of hell for the vast majority of people…
when i was training to become a royal marine i ran high mileage/worked out for the last two years like a man on fire, and BETA-7 increased my anaerobic and aerobic capacity… albeit i also supplemented with Surge and Flameout too…
maybe you should try working out and getting your diet plum first with out supplementation… see what gains you get… then try it with supplements like BETA-7 and Surge and you will then notice the difference tenfold… thats what i would do anyway

my thoughts exactly give your training and diet a go for a wile then start BETA-7. i use it my self and think its amazing with regards to how for i can now push my self
At the moment, I take Metabolic Drive shakes, creatine with my Surge, Flameout/REZ-V/ZMA for health.
I’d like to stick with those and I thought creatine is so cheap I might as well try it to help with recovery and work capacity. I agree that I need to hit my physical limits first, learn what I am capable of under the best and worst conditions, then maybe take something that’s supposed to give me an ‘edge.’
well with all due respect to others on this site, BETA-7 is quite an advanced product, and if you feel like trying it, then give it a go. i was just saying that is what i would do… what you are already taking as supplements should be more than enough for the moment… BETA-7 would send you through the roof… how old are you mate?
I’m 24. The only thing that has me hesitant in ordering Beta-7 is that I feel I have not hit a natural wall to my work capacity; that is, I am just beginning so I can still build up work capacity, so whatever gains I do get from the supplement will not necessarily be appreciated. I could just be progressing on my own and not tell the difference.
from my usage ive found it helps loads in my cardio training(MMA). ive hit the mental and physical wall and this has helped push through it. anyone involved in high cardio sports would benefit greatly with this.
After the initial loading phase of two tabs 3 x per day for me it’s just two tabs 2 x per day five days a week. That makes a bottle last pretty damn long and for the extra horsepower during workouts or anything requiring endurance it’s well worth it for me!
There is a loading phase? I thought 3 tabs 3x per day was recommended?
I follow your posts quite a bit so I’m interested in your dosage recommendation here…thanks bro, hope you had a good NYE![/quote]
Hey thanks Ponce, my NYE wasn’t to bad. As far as the BETA-7 yes, the first month I believe it is you load with 2 tabs three times per day and after that it’s a maintaining dose of two tabs twice per day. That’s what I did anyway and it’s working for me.
