I have a supply of IGF-1 LR3 that I would like to use, but can’t find much information about the best way to use this peptide. As far as dosage, I was thinking 100 mcg once per day, for 4 weeks, then taking 4 weeks off, and then repeating again. Would it be best to use every day for those 4 week cycles? Only on lifting days? Also, I heard post-workout is good for each dose. I’m using this with Test E, but am considering using it with another peptide if it’s more beneficial to do so.
Start with 50mcg, use first thing in the am. Though your IGF1 levels will elevate naturally while on the higher level of test. Since its LR3 it should have a long activity window, hence the am dosing suggestion.
I’ve heard it’s possible that some people can get hypoglycemia with addition of IGF1, I’d have to go back and check my references but monitor your energy and mood more closely, carry some sugary carbs (I like rice crispy treats…) with you or glucose tablets as a just in case. Though if you’re trying to bulk… carbs and sugars do create a nice insulin spike which is very anabolic and synergistic with IGF1, so I’d also adjust your meals according to your goal.
Thanks for the input. That really does make sense to dose in am, as the LR3 has at least a 20 hour half life. That’ll make things much easier. I’m hoping to get an edge in putting on some muscle while staying as lean as possible.
