Hands down the best supplement I took was Androsol. There is nothing and I mean nothing that had such a dramatic effect on my body compostion and in such short amount of time as well. I put on 17 lbs in two months!!

I wouldn’t imagine it’d be a problem, forbes, since both are found in HOT-ROX Extreme.
Caffeine and beta alanine before training works well for long workouts, both endurance and weight-training. I don’t seem to respond to creatine at all although I gain about 5 lbs of water weight when on monohydrate.
Surge Recovery, especially when on a very low-cal cut like Velocity Diet. No matter how low on energy I am, Surge Recovery gives me enough boost to get a good workout in.
Alpha Male - also like during a very low-cal cut like Velocity Diet. I took this mainly because my blood pressure is too sensitive to HOT-ROX. Alpha Male would give me the Carbolin 19 content that HOT-ROX has and also get some of the kick-ass feeling (T-boost?) that comes with Alpha Male. I find I’m generally more motivated, focused, and generally ready to kick the shit out of something when I’m on Alpha Male.
I’m starting a cut right now and waffling on buying more Alpha Male - can’t figure out if it still has Carbolin 19 in it or not. Carbolin 19 is not in the description, but it is in the link that lists ingredients.
My pre workout is 400 mg’s caffeine + 2 scoops MG, during is 1 scoop mixed in like 25 oz of water that I just sip on throughout and usually finish 10 mins before the end of my workout. my post is 1/2 banana, 1/2 c oats, 50g protein powder blended as soon as I get home, followed 30 mins later by 3/4c oats and 8 oz of lean ground beef.

Oh, yes. Sorry, I’m referring to the first ANACONDA Protocol.
But I do have a little experience using the products on their own, or at least in a different setting. FINiBARs and some MAG-10 in my water bottle have really improved my mountain bike rides.

Perfect sense. Damn dude, your are taking in a shitload of stuff in a small window. The 3 scoops not messing with your stomach at all? The 400mg caff is the shiznit!

Haha, yup! Nope, I’m having no issues. I’m training twice today so I’ll be having 6 scoops total
