reggc, I would think it would be good for cutting and bulking. It’s a great antioxidant (crosses the blood brain barrier (a good thing!)), regenerating Vitamins C & E, extending their useful life as free-radical scavengers (the bad guys). It’s an awesome supplement for the liver. It’s used for detoxification and in liver support formumlas (you know, the kind used by BB’s using chemical assistance?).
It has other benefits as well, but the reason most of us here use it is because it improves the uptake of carbs into the muscle cells, which means less spillover to fat. So methinks it would be good for both!
