for real,no there is not
you want to get big you need to eat
heres a few things that you can do I promise you tha tin a few months you come back you will say,wow this is working.
first find stronglifts 5x5 follow that program its wonderful you will be lifting heavy in no time I love this program.
eat often and eat alot,high calorie high fat foods example.
almonds keep handfulls in your pockets every few mins toss a couple down your throat
meat with every meal,atleast the size of a deck of cards maybe a little bigger
chicken fish beef everything if it runs,swims or flys eat that bitch
atleast 5 times a day,if you have to stop what your doing and drop everything to eat a can of tuna or canned chicken do so its important more important than anything.
drink a quart of milk with every meal whole milk
if you add a gallon of milk a day which is easy to do then you added a min of 2000 calories right there.
have a jar of peanut butter in your backpack or on the table every t8ime you reach into your bag or walk by the table eat a spoon full.
I was in automotive school and wenever i reached to get a book I pulled a spoon out my pocket and ate some omega enriched peanut butter.
fish oil take a handfull in the am and a handfull with lunch add in vegis all you can get your hands on
walk around chewing shit dont stop eating and dont stop lifting its that simple
follow these and you WILL grow.
you must lift heavy though
dont go around listening to these crossfit guys the ones that want to run and balance on balls and shit, just lift heavy lift often lift simple.

EAT SOME DAMN FOOD AND LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS! I threw on like 30lbs in a year at 16. Trust me I was already further developed than your average 16 yr old too. Don’t believe me there is a pic on my profile to prove it.
