Best Plan for Natural Lifters - Direct Ab/Grip Training?

Hey Coach, just started the first day of the program and am excited to continue!

Wondering if you have any suggestions or warnings against adding some direct ab and/or grip training after certain training days. I’m partial to hanging leg raises and ab wheel but maybe these could increase the risk of adverse cortisol spike?

Any tips would be appreciated!

There is zero problem with adding some abs and grip work at the end of every workout. Just keep it to one exercise for each in a workout.
