Best Place to Stay in LA for Business

I will be spending a few days in LA for business next month, and know next to nothing about the city. I understand that there is are multiple commercial areas aside from Downtown, such as Century City, Westwood, Beverly Hills, etc. Can anyone make a recommendation as to the most desirable area for an extended stay for someone who will be working in a hotel room a lot but who would like some good restaurants and bars nearby? I’m not at all looking for any “Hollywood” or beach type stuff, but would like to find some restaurants that aren’t Olive Garden and the like.
Thanks

What can you afford? Century City is not too expensive.

Keep in mind that the actual City of LA requires full vaccination status for nearly everything, including hotels to my understanding. This does not apply to LA county, but to the City of LA specifically. If you’re vaccinated, for sure don’t forget your card.

Sorry, no recommendations for where to stay in LA because i avoid it as much as possible. I just figured a heads up would be warranted.
At least the weather is warming up so it should be quite temperate (not like LA actually gets cold).

No it does not, I live in LA and have not once been asked to prove vaccination status whether it is a restaurant, hotel, club, hospital, gym etc
Get your facts right before you start spreading misinformation

Did you make an account just to post this? Jesus.

You’re welcome to read into it because LA City did actually have an ordinance mandating vaccine cards, but i doubt you will. Either way, i don’t care to dredge up some year old argument about a city that got what it’s voted for.
