Best Natural Supplement For Increasing Gains...

I already take creatine, protein, coQ10, Fish Oil, Cinnimon, Leucine, Glutamine and a Multi. Looking for something to help make gains, and increase strength. Advice?

I’ve tried tribulus in the past and it didn’t seem to do anything for me. I’m hoping there’s another herb out there, or a product that will help me some. I know that most claims for all natural products are overrated but even an extra pound a month would be appericiated.

Can’t do real gear cause I’m too young, tired of messing around with PH’s and I’ve learned my lesson. I still want to increase strength, weight, and performance. Diet is pretty well in line, although it might be a little high on the carbs. Advice?

Your focusing way too much on supplements and not enough on training. Lift heavy and often and eat like an animal.

Yeah. Put down the cinnamon sticks and get yourself a couple tubs of Surge Recovery. I’m not usually one to pimp a product, but I’ll buy Surge before I’ll buy any other supplement.

If you are not adverse to gaining a little (or in my case a lot of fat) eat a lot of junk and fast food. I routinely ate a minimum of 2500+ calories for lunch at any of these fast foods establishments (McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Arbys etc…). If not, definitely increase your healthy carb intake with protein, since you seem to be on the leaner side and carb tolerant. I think Dr. Berardi wrote a few articles about eating more to bulk up - Massive Eating Massive Eating - Part 1 and Massive Eating - Part 2.

Haven’t tried Surge yet, but I’ve been thinking about it. Thanks for the advice.

Oh and uh… I train and eat like a beast already, I just want something to help gains come a little quicker.

Also I definitely wouldn’t consider myself carb tolerant. Rather carb highly intolerant. I can’t even take my body weight in healthy carbs a day without gaining fat.

“Smalls, you think too much…”

Haha well my next order I’ll grab it up. Been thinking about Carbolin 19 or Rhodiola Rosea. How’s 11-T? Any shutdown?
