if money is tight I would stick to a creatine product (I personally like Creatine Select from Beverly International) and a high quality protein supplement (Biotest or Beverly)
creatine, fish oil, multivitamin…you can get all the protein you need from food. protein powder is just easy access prtoein
Obviously food, but supplement wise, Leucine. 5g before 4 of your high protein meals.
why before? wouldnt it be the same taking it with your food?
One bulking supplement… mix together some decent whey and maltodextrin post workout. Maybe 50g protein, 50g carbs. Beyond that I would focus on something to enhance workouts like caffeine, creatine, or hydration drinks. And food of course.

Increases protein synthesis and primes the body to utilize that protein. Also stimulates insulin.
All the people that replied with “Food” are douchebags. Wow no shit food builds muscle.
OP asked what the best muscle building SUPPLEMENT was.
If I was the MOD I would change all the “Food” responders avatar pics to Richard Simmons and scold them heavily by email

i beleive i ended up buying the leucine when i first posted this. im gonna try the new leucine that just came out, and yes lots of people replied with food.
Because you said supplement and I’m sure like most humans do, you eat.
With that out of the way and you have your Surge, creatine and BCAAS.
Your missing whey protein? Where is your protein supp?
i use Surge and MD
D-bol.
but seriously, one of the best supplements ive ever bought was from TP. its massive G’s intra-workout blend. its swedish oat starch, pepto pro, creatine, and glycerol. its fairly cheap and lasts a while plus the taste is pretty awesome. get lemon-lime.
i google that and its a steroid? not interested.

Wrong.
What on earth makes you think it’s a steroid?
