Whats the best filter gonna invest in one just to give me a piece of mind?
Dont want one thats overly complicated or takes to long?

I don’t brew, but I’d be looking for disposable ones that come in sterile packaging. I’m guessing others will chime in with the stuff they like.
are you looking at syringe filters or bottle top? Are you asking for the best brand of filters, or the best filter material to use?
Also, the filters are disposable, I have not seen or heard of reusable filters.

Ok so you’re looking for a bottle top filter setup with a peristaltic pump. I dont know about which brands are best, but make sure you get a glass bottle, not a plastic bottle because the vacuum will crack a plastic bottle.
Make sure you get an electric pump, not a hand pump. Hand pumps never last very long and don’t pull much vacuum.
Make sure you use .22 micron filters, preferable PVDF, but PES filters will also work.
There’s a specific type of plastic you need for the filter cup, I can’t remember if it’s polypropylene or polystyrene, one will hold up fine and the other will degrade due to exposure to BA or BB, or both. The one that holds up to the chemicals is translucent, the transparent ones will degrade.
