Sorry if this had been asked before but from all the T-Nation diets which do you find to be the best one for adding muscle?
The ones that have a caloric surplus. Seriously. There is no perfect diet. You might want to read up on the 7 habits or massive eating by Dr. Berardi.
I second that. Definitely start with Massive Eating by Berardi.
I’m not asking for the best diet I know it doesn’t exist. I’m asking from all the diets out there which one worked best for you to add muscle?
Why does it have to be a specific diet?
Just eat more food than your body needs to maintain, getting adequate protein, carbs and healthy fats.
It’s not really rocket science here. And anyone claiming a specific diet is needed needs to take a step back and read what I wrote above.
What up man,
For me, targeted carbs diet went well. I dont do very well on a regular carb diet…so carbs around training time ONLY and the rest from fats and protein.

Agreed there’s no magical foods that grow muscle tissue. However eating whole eggs red meat and foods high in zinc like most shelfish has been shown to boost natural test production which intern will help with gains…

I’m gonna try and answer you’re question unlike everybody else. I agree with GymJunkie, I used to use very low-carb approach but I’ve been carb cycling recently. Carbs only in the morning and PWO has helped me gain some size while not gaining (probably losing) some BF.
