Are you trying to lose fat or put on muscle while staying lean (accepting a little bit of fat gain?)
The latter. I’m at 10-12% bodyfat, but it’s all on my abdominal region so I just look skinny fat, so I think if I could just add some size elsewhere, particularly my arms and legs, I’d look much better.
Then I would keep doing what you are doing maybe even add a few calories. Concentrate on putting mucle on right now and just accept that you are going to gain a little bit of fat. It sounds like you know how to diet down so that shouldn’t be a problem later.
So how about it? Let me start you off with a 12-20 week strength and massive size routine: 1) You will most likely have to stay in contact with me at least 3-4 days a weeek ( By the way I usually charge anywhere from $350-$1,400.00 for my consults as well as my providing real supplements that work…Respectfully,

Uh yea, I’ll start you off with a nice 9-12 week cyclical carb diet with occassional refeeds and an accompanying lactic acid type of training regimen that will help raise GH output and strip fat without requiring excessive cardio. You will need to stay in contact with me at least once a week (any more and you become a pain in my ass, and I really don’t care that much about you), and I usually charge anywhere from $350 - $1400.00 for my consults, depending on hyow much money I think I can bilk you out of -lol

Cottage cheese is not going to make you fat, going back to your old habits will. I’m a FFB myself and cottage cheese is not the enemy, garbage food and skipping workouts is.
Well, that depends on if you like cottage cheese or not…I’d rather die than eat that stuff, lol.
I’ve also heard of people in this situation having a good deal of success with a loose bulk believe it or not. They basically crammed as much in as they could justify, and then slammed the weights hard at the gym. Some insane workouts and massive craps, and 6 months later they had put on like 35 pounds, but their body fat had only gone up 2-3%. One of the dudes still had a pretty good 6 pack going.
