In the Best Damn Part 2, what do you recommend for the RDL and deadlift from pins for someone who has a history lower back injury from these (hinge) movements? Is there a back friendly substitute?

Try trapbar deadlift from a deficit or trapbar/ dumbbell rdls.
Elevate your toes to shift load to hamstrings off of low back.
