Best Damn Strength, Under Recovery, and Lack of Progress

Glad to hear you’re working past your plateau, and congrats on the PR! I’d be curious to see your results once you’ve finished. I found this post because I was considering doing the program sometime this fall. I had done the BDWFNL Pt2 for a while last year, and after switching to the Layer system, became a big fan of CT.

Currently, I’m doing Madcow 5x5, and I have been logging it on this forum. I’m only in week 2, but so far it’s been a lot of fun to squat 3x a week. I started to fall behind recovery-wise, but once I quit IF, I was able to get some more calories in and I feel back on track. I used to keep a notebook, but I find it easier to post here since I can get to it anywhere. Here’s a link to it in case you wanna find out what I’m trying to do about being weak lol
