Best Chest Exercises

Do you think this works in reverse? – as in torso-dominant folks respond better to barbell bench variations?

I don’t think exercise selection matters as much in that case or any genetically gifted body part. Obviously they’ll have to figure what to do to bring up their arms.

It seems that, give or take, exercise selection revolves around the usual ones for everyone

Yep… Im very torso dominate and I respond very well to barbell bench variations.

me too. I’m actually super torso dominant which is weird because I have long limbs. I would think that’d mean the opposite would be true.

In practical terms it means my arms will always suck.

DB variations work really well (the only time I’ve ever got long-lasting stretch marks across my chest was when I went through a phase of only doing db work for chest)…resistance band or cable flys also work well as a finisher.

Luckily …my triceps are ok and get stimulated from the pressing I do. Biceps I get almost zero activation for growth from any rowing and have to add in direct arm work.
