Anyone who ever bulked up knows how important consistency is. Keep this one handy and you’ll never have any trouble repairing a detoured weight gaining cycle.
Must not be the healthiest choice, but when you’re desperately in need…
Damn.
I bet that tastes bad enough to keep you from ever eating it outside of a true emergency.
It might not be a bad idea to keep some of those around.
haha i just use pbj sandwhiches, cals are there if you need them. If you end up eating how you want you just lost soo little money its not even worth mentioning. I take one to school with me on my long days in case I can’t make it home.

Hell yes use it as a punishment on a bulk if you dont get in the daily required food. Youd be damn sure from then on to eat the food you need.
Phill
That is insane. They have a 2400 and a 3600 calorie version.
this is what is insane, the ingredients:
Enriched Flour, Vegetable Shortening, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Soy Flour, Corn Starch, Potassium Sorbate, Vitamins (Vitamin A, Iron, Vitamin E, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Copper, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Thiamin, Niacin, Falate, Biotin, Iodine, Zinc), Artificial Lemon Flavoring, Artificial Vanilla Flavoring, Artificial Butter Flavoring, Artificial Coloring (Egg Shade)
if i am away from home like travelling, i always have a tin of MD with me, along with 2 chug bottles, a greens+ tin and a baggie of supps (fish, BCAA, etc). a bag of nuts and dried fruit, a small water filter, and a bottle of centrum in addition would fit in the space of a MD tin and provide you with a hell of a better food reserve.

These are EMERGENCY FOOD RATIONS. They aren’t “damn I forgot my lunch” food rations. If you are caught in a burning building that has collapsed around you and it may take 4 days for rescuers to dig you out, THAT is what these are for.
Personally, if I am starving at the peak of a mountain, I won’t give a shit how much flour is in it.
If you scroll down, people are saying it tastes like a cookie.

fair, i have been called out, from now on i will roll with a canister when i go back country riding next week. normally i would just ride with two extra litres of mix, but i will take the whole kit. same thing on plane trips, no more cannabalism for plane crash survivors, just gourmet meal replacements.
as for the emergency pack, MacGuyver ain’t got shit on me (i’d be willing to cap bad guys), i have had to resort to this as my emergency decent food while travelling and even visiting family. kinda prepares one for nature too. i love being an abnormal eater.
also, assuming i wasn’t hurt, i’d get the heck off the mountain.
