For my hard work at school, my parents decided to reward me with a continuous supply of one supplement (of my choice) from Biotest.
I am 15 years old. I currently have a whey protein, ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, and I eat a substantial amount of salmon 5 days a week, so I am getting a decent amount of omega acids from the fish.
I am slightly reluctant to buy creatine, as I feel that I am just not advanced enough yet. Also, I am not interested in any type of stimulant or pre-workout supplement, because I feel that I just don’t need it, and if I use it, I might develop a dependency on such stimulants for my workouts.
Having said that, I am interested in:
Metabolic Drive because of its micellular casein content
Metabolic Drive Protein Bars for their convenience
Biotest Superfood for its potential to help my diet
Flameout for the added benefits of fish oils
Argh! So many wonderful choices, but I can only pick one!

Metabolic Drive’s good, Flameout is good, Superfood is good if you can afford it. I’d substitute the Superfood for BCAAs pre and during your workout. And Surge too
