So I am drinking right now my first home beer made by a friend that use Brettanomyce yeast and naturally fermented with wild yeast. A lot of people complain on the internet of the horsy and sour taste but no, it’s really awesome. So good I have to share it live to the internet. I will be making some one day.

When you do, use specific equipment for that brew. Unless you want to brew Brett for the rest of your life…
