Best Additions to Your Shake?

Probably not what you’re looking for… however, a bite of creme de menthe and mint-chocolate Optimum Nutrition go a long way as protein/pleasure. (Vodka as desired).

Lately I’ll take a scoop of vanilla and scoop of chocolate Metabolic Drive, and toss a spoonful of instant coffee to it and mix it with milk. Thing tastes like a Jamocha shake from Arby’s. For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, you might wanna give it a try

3 tbsp peanut butter, Bunch of ice, milk, psyllium husk, 2 scoops chocolate whey…the kicker: semi-sweet chocolate chips…fucking delicious
