I don’t like feeling like I’m on a diet, so I’ve been gradually changing my eating habits kaizen style. So far I’ve found that the better my compliance gets the faster my progress. For example, this week I finally started bringing my lunch to work instead of eating out (carefully). I have a fruit, a vegetable, and a protein based main dish. I had been plateaued for a few weeks, but that minor change allowed me to drop 2lbs of fat in the last four days.
I think the trick is to assemble a list of recipies that you like that are healthy. The greek burger for example is now a steady staple in my diet.
i am about to order your percise nutrition now that im am completely convinced, but i would like to get my training in top focus as well as my nutrition will be, i was wondering what training book would you recomend that covers all i need to know to set up a well balanced training rountine (exercises, how to develope a split, cardio, and one that has a section on abs cause most like to leave this out)to help me get even better results with percise nutrition and that is John Berardi approved
Berardi has written a training book himself: Scrawny to Brawny. Check it out at your local B&N. It’s ideal if you’re an ectomorph, but anyone can adapt it to their needs.
