Thought I’d record a log for the sake of it, Purely just to track my lifts and see where it goes. Think it would be pretty cool.
Bit of background - Been lifting on and off for 2 years now, got a girlfriend stopped going, Broke up and now I’m going again.

I’m a solid leg day skipper at the moment and will change that. Slightly bad I can bench more than I can squat. Numbers have improved. And will update this log with more lifts/weight and hopefully progress pictures in the near future!
