Benefits of Estrogen for TRT Patients

I inject daily and have experimented with doses from 25mg/day (175mg/week) to 50mg/day (350 mg/week). I have never used an AI or had side effects from “high e2.” At 350mg/week, my total T came back at 3970 and free T at 195! (Obviously way up into the “that’s steroid abuse, not TRT anymore” range) but I felt absolutely fantastic…without an AI. Crazy high libido, erections at will, body composition changes at a high rate. I WISH I had asked my dr to test my e2 then. Not because I care, but so I could shoe people who worry if theirs goes above 30 that there’s nothing credible about “e2 has to be in a certain range or you’ll get bad side effects.”

Nice D btw…vitamin D that is.

whats ur shbg levels?

@NH_Watts ignore him. He’s lost with his ranges.

@equel no, not mine. I have a few hundred labs on my computer. I just yanked out one to show ng/dL. LabCorp is in ng/dL even though they say pg/mL. It’s a mistake. We’ve reported it to them several times. My prolactin has always been a touch high but has never caused an issue once I optimized free T and allowed E2 to follow.

I don’t even know who he is so yeah no problem. He joined in June. I joined in 2004. Troll shit.

@NH_Watts I joined about 8 years ago but I lost access to my original account. Here and ExcelMale. It is what it is. Hope you’re in our group and I just haven’t figured out who you are lol.

They always tend to stay around 20. However, I raised my dose quite a bit lately after everything I’ve learned and it could very well have gone up a touch now. Haven’t done labs in awhile. Feel great. Will see next time I get them done. Hope you enjoy the video

I dropped FB a few years ago but may get back on to check it out. Maybe with an anon account or may just fire up my old one. Haven’t decided. Watts is my last name so it won’t be hard to figure out if I use the original account.

You’d love the group I’m in. Anon or not we won’t care. Everyone brings value in one way or another. Nobody will say you’re on a steroid cycle on 210mg a week lol! Anyone who has actually done a steroid cycle, and had labs done, will know the damn difference. There’s a reason why noob level steroid cycles start around 500mg a week and then add a ton of stuff over and above that. Calling what you’re doing a steroid cycle is hilarious.

Thats what a steroid cycle is, that is the differentiation between a cycle and TRT.

TRT means you replace what is missing.

Cycle means you put your levels into physiological range.

NONE, NOT 1 of the studies on TRT that shows cardio, or prostate benefits has to do with people that keep testosterone levels WELL into supra-physiological range.

For someone that is always asking for peer reviewed literature it is funny you purport your flawed logic without a shred of evidence supporting it.

@NH_Watts isn’t it funny with your E2 over 90 that you feel amazing? How is this possible?? I took one look at your labs, without ever having spoken to you, and knew damn well that you are completely dialed in. No “E2 issues” either.

I should bring a few hundred guys from my group over here for a day, get them to share their labs and how they feel. Damn, that would be a good day. Good to hear you’re doing so well man.

Dude who doesn’t feel good on a T cycle lol I wish I could run 500 all the time. But I know better.

@NH_Watts what is also funny is that 4 years ago your total testosterone levels would have been considered normal. However, with the ever falling ranges based on a population of sick people, here we are 4 years later and now you’re considered a freak. I guess you should lower your dose? Those numbers on that piece of paper that have changed should dictate how you feel right? I guess you’ll have to keep dropping your dose, year after year, to ensure that everyone around you considers you ‘normal’.

They were never considered normal. I just found a old Lab Corp test and you are correct that the reading is in NG/DL but the label is PG/ML.

The range goes up to 26. Not 46 lololol

Look man I respect your info on here as I read your posts often and you have a lot of good stuff to share. For that I thank you and I hope you don’t take this personally like I’m taking someone else’s side but 200mg isn’t a cycle (for me) and I don’t look like I’m on a cycle (although I look pretty damn good I must say). I tried lower doses and it didn’t help me. I didn’t feel any positive effects until I got to 185mg. Currently at 200mg I feel good. Not superman great or on cycle great but good. It’s the dose I need to feel like a person should feel. It sounds like 200mg gets me feeling how you feel on whatever dose you take.

It has nothing to do with your dosage man. This stuff builds up in the body over time, way more than you think it does.

Dosage has nothing to do with it. You could have someone take 500mg a week for 3 months and their free t wouldn’t get that high.

Im out, you guys do what you want to do. If you want to give yourself permanent heart damage, go for it.

@dextermorgan if you are taking the minimum amount required to resolve your symptoms, you’re doing it right. No need whatsoever to justify your actions to anyone. You know what you’re doing. That amount will differ for everyone. I need a higher dose than you. I don’t care what people will think. It won’t affect my protocol. I’m fully versed on the subject matter at this point.

@dextermorgan and @NH_Watts if either you wind up back on FB send me a PM. Danny Bossa. This site doesn’t support it. Thought it used to at one point or am I mistaken?

I’ll check it out. Thanks

If any of you are wondering why men need a higher dose of testosterone now, compared to ever before, check out this excerpt from a podcast I did. This is why the ranges just won’t apply anymore.
