Benefits of Estrogen for TRT Patients

Ummm it’s 93 pg/mL. That’s 9 ng/dL. Dude.

facepalm 9 ng/dl is below range what are you talking about. I am in the upper 1/3 of the range.

Please explain this to me. Please

93 pg/mL converts to 9.3 ng/dL

We don’t have guys under 30 ng/dL. You would be considered testosterone deficient with the docs I deal with.

Then you have guys 2.5 times the range lol

A few short years ago that range was considered normal. Are you going to lower your dose 5 years from now when they lower the range again, because you will be considered supra physiological?

Any idea how low your free T is when you factor in EDCs? But I’m just a noob. What do I know

Listen I can’t go back and forth with you I don’t want to get yelled at again. Free T is not measured in ng/dl dufus lol

If someone had a free T of 30ng/dl, at a normal ratio of 2% their total T would be 2,940.

You are so lost. Those labs are absolutely perfect, in fact, they don’t get more perfect.

@increasemyt I really want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your last few comments in this thread. I took screenshots of them to share with the group. I guarantee it will be the most active thread in the group with over 1000 people losing their shit. You have finally demonstrated that you are at an absolute loss when it comes to how TRT is done. This was the cream on top of the sundae. It was just what I needed to make me laugh out loud… And I’m still laughing.

Thanks. Again, thank you so much for this.

Happy trails guys!

I am at a loss? I post the best labs you have EVER seen and you proceed to go on a rant and tell me I am clueless.

People can see the labs for themselves. Perfect.

You are testosterone deficient. Guys with 9 ng/dL (and, yes, that is how it is supposed to be measured to match the units of total testosterone) are put on TRT because they virtually always have symptoms at those levels. We bring men to at least 30. Some need as high as 60. My total (irrelevant) was 1068 and my free was 28. These days my free is over 40. Yours is 9. You haven’t factored in EDCs. You’re obsessed with the ranges. A perfect lab is what @NH_Watts posted. That’s what most men are striving for. Your free T levels represent how you look in your photos.

It’s good. Really, it’s all good. You and I won’t be discussing anything anymore. My time on this site was limited anyway. It’s just EXACTLY what I was hoping to see. Something to share with them.

You do not have a clue how this stuff is done. Not a clue.

Have a good one.

Just stop!!! Post 1 single lab that shows a free T measurement in NG/DL.

There are only two labs in this country dude (LabCorp and Quest), they both use PG/ML.

So please, show me the labs with free T measured in NG/DL.

You’re a fraud! I will wait.

You’re the fraud. Have fun. I’m out.

@dbossa Thank you for showing that and proving that you and your doctors shoot for 30 ng/dl.

2 times the range, a steroid cycle. You are not advocating TRT, you are advocating permanent steroid cycling (as defined by mega-dosing testosterone) which is EXTREMELY dangerous.

Good luck

Taking steroids for two or more years may have permanent effects on the heart, based on a recent study of 140 male weight lifters.

Authors also found that steroid users had significantly more plaque build-up in their arteries than non-users. The longer men reported taking steroids, the worse their arteries were. Plaque build-up is a sign of heart disease, which is the No. 1 killer of men and women in the United States.

This is the first study of its kind to demonstrate the negative effects of long-term steroid use on the heart. According to authors, it should serve as a stark warning about the dangers of steroid use. This study shows that taking steroids, even for a short period of time, may cause permanent damage to the heart. Findings also suggest that the more steroids a person takes over time, the worse the heart damage will be. Experts hope these findings will prompt better education to reduce illicit steroid use, particularly among athletes and weight lifters in whom steroid use is most common.

Anabolic Steroids Increase Risk for Heart Disease in Young and Middle-Aged Men

One last thing before I go, because I know I have to teach you everything.

  1. These values were considered normal just a few years ago prior to the ranges dropping year after year. I guess everyone was on ‘steroids’ back then.

  2. LabCorp provides free T values in ng/dL. The lab itself says pg/mL but it is a mistake (we’ve reported it to them). Just look at the ranges. It’s the range for ng/dL. I can post one, as I have a few hundred on my computer, but I doubt I need to.

If there is a noob here, it is you. Ciao.

46 ng/dl was never considered normal in any human being EVER

LabCorp and Quest both use PG/ML

I feel great most days, total life changer. A great day 2 years ago would be a shit day these days.

Yea of course you do, you are on cycle lol The problem is it is permanent. Can’t do that. Time on = Time off for a reason.

Remember even when it shows 93 like that it is double that day after the shot, at least. Going higher than that, for years, is scary.

I don’t think 210mg a week is really a cycle.

dbossa is that your lab, IE your prolactin, yet u have good libido? I would imagine my prolactin is around that number aswell atm, as it was high before trt.

Well you can tell yourself that, but it is putting your levels into supra-physiological range so your body sure thinks it is a cycle. Your free T is more than double what a human being should have at any point in their life according to the chart of Lab Corp’s ranges.
