no squatting at all. giving my knees a good rest.

1st - 175 - 2 whites 1 red for heel being up.
2nd - 185 - 3 whites
3rd - 192.5 - 3 whites

Deadlift

1st - 210 - 3 whites
2nd - 230 - 3 whites
3rd - 245 - 3 whites - almost passed out. this was RPE 10 for sure.
