was sick yesterday Nov 27/2024 - feel better already but sleep was not great at all.
Next block is starting Dec 1 if I am feeling good. and things don’t get worse.
sick for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday felt a lot better. Sunday back to work for lifting.
fever was not so bad, only got to 38-38.3. went down with Advil. was very achy and tired and cold/hot. could not sleep well at all either. sore throat, anxiety. ate decently for being sick but did not have a good appetite. not the worst it has been though.
