CT, firstly I would like to say that I find your articles very informative. I am lacking pec development. My shoulders and triceps are much more dominant than my chest when benching. I saw that you said dips would be a good idea for someone like me to try. I was wondering if you could give me a program to try or show me link to an ideal program. my current flat bench max is 225 lbs. Any help would be great, thanks
