best chest routine that will get me sore every loving time is: supersets of dumbell presses followed by dumbell flyes using slow eccentrics for both. Use half the weight on the flyes as you use for presses and make sure you are using enough weight to were you reach failure by 6-8 reps. 3 supersets of incline and 3 supersets of flat and you are knocked out. Let me know if this does not work for anyone!!!
